IS proclaims responsibility for Berlin Christmas market attack

According to Salt Lake City Police Det. Cary Wichmann, judging by the injury to the man’s arm, it appears as if the saw was running, but without the chain. It’s about that time a second clerk grabs a gun off a shelf and shoots back, hitting Robertson twice in the upper body. I can almost hear Benny Hill music as Robertson scrambles back over the counter after getting shot, and I laugh every time I watch it.

S. Koreans spend one-fourth of income on repaying debts: survey

As far as Luis is concerned, he told officers that he is “irresponsible and shouldn’t have children.” No argument there, ass. He stated that he knew the child was hungry, but didn’t feed her because she isn’t his biological child and didn’t want to interfere with how her mother was caring for her. The unemployed couple live with at least one other child – Robin’s well fed and seemingly healthy 8-year-old daughter. The couple is no stranger to CPS, they have been investigated at least three times in the past. In 2007, they were accused of smothering the youngest girl. In 2008, CPS was contacted about the alleged physical neglect of the 8-year-old. In 2009, there were reports that the 4-year-old was dirty and skinny. All three cases were closed due to lack of evidence. Robin, 24, and Luis, 27, have been booked on one count each of injury to a child. Bail was set at 0,000.For 20 minutes McDaniels hung there like a macabre banner until firefighters were able to turn off the gate and attempt to extract McDaniels from the machine. Once the cover was removed, witnesses were greeted with a gruesome sight.

Fine withdrawn in China's first ride-hailing trial

Mountain Home, Arkansas Armed with a face only a mother could love, a criminal past, and an axe, Jason Marshall pretty much fucked up his parole. Monday, police received a couple of distressed phone calls regarding a domestic disturbance, the second of which the victim stated she and her children were able to escape their abuser but needed medical attention. An ambulance was dispatched to intercept the patients, Elizabeth Marshall (41) and her 9-year-old son at an intersection and they were transported to a nearby hospital.Lauren Scruggs, 23, works as the editor of LoLoMag.com and had just exited a small airplane Saturday night after getting an aerial view of Christmas lights when she somehow walked into the single engine’s propeller.

Australia's central bank keeps benchmark interest rate at 1.5 pct

NEW BEDFORD, Massachusetts. – This story makes me laugh. Two rappers, Matthew Rufino, 24, and Jason Foley, 28, posted a Youtube video entitled “Watch 4 Me” that landed them in jail. These two idiots are not aware of what the First Amendment actually covers when they decided to threaten two people in the video by name. One was State Trooper Paul Gifford, who had given Rufino a ticket for driving on a suspended license a few years back and the other was Judy Young, a probation officer who supervised Rufino on a pot possession charge. Adding to their hardcore street cred, Rufino and Foley have been arrested and charged with two counts of making threats to commit a crime, threats to use a firearm and intimidation of a witness. Muskegon A male security guard busted two women stealing from a Wal-Mart on Halloween night. They were detained at the door after trying to get away with in stolen merchandise that included curtains and makeup. The two women, Marilyn Cole, 35, and Rashieka L. Stewart, 23, were not going down without a fight, so they broke free and ran to their vehicle in the parking lot – the guard in pursuit. Stewart made it into the driver’s seat, but the guard was blocking the open passenger entry so that Stewart could not get in. The persistent Stewart then head-butted the guard, knocking him into the car. The 230 pound Stewart then sat on the guard as they drove away. The guard was able to get his phone and call 911, but not before Stewart pissed on him. If this act was on purpose or not has not been reported. They ended up across the street in another parking lot where they let the guard go, but would not get out themselves until forced to by police at gunpoint. Both ladies were charged with one count of unarmed robbery. Cole, on parole for a bank robbery, was charged as a second-time habitual offender. […]
